Founding Organization*	$400	Includes calendar years in which payment is received and the subsequent calendar year. Available only until December 31, 2005.
Founding Individual*	$100	Includes calendar years in which payment is received and the subsequent calendar year. Available only until December 31, 2005.
Founding Honorary	Gratis	Awarded only by vote of Board. Available only until December 31, 2005.
Annual Organization*	$150	Annual for calendar year
Annual Individual*	$40	Annual for calendar year
Honorary	Gratis	Awarded only by vote of Board
Reciprocal Organization	Gratis	Awarded only by vote of Board
Chapter	Gratis	Awarded only by vote of Board

*The Foundation may accept in-kind donations for these membership categories in lieu of cash dues. In kind donations include services such as graphic design, website development and hosting, legal services, printing etc. Contact the Executive Director for more information.
